CONCESSIONS INFORMATION

Below are copies of the documents you’ll find in the concession binders and posted in the stand area. Please take time to review these documents before your shift so you're familiar with your responsibilities.
When You Arrive for Your Shift:
- Check in at the Marquette Junior Hockey office to pick up the keys and money bag.
- Proceed to the concession stand. Use the keys to:
- Open the large metal door
- Unlock and open the Pepsi cooler
- Turn on the Pepsi machine
- Once inside, locate the black binder—this contains all essential forms for the day:
- Health form (must be completed by all staff)
- Daily sign-in sheet
- Money count sheet
- Opening checklist
- Closing checklist
Please review and use the checklists to ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed correctly.

FOOD PREPARATION
Use your best judgment when preparing food. Many items such as hot dogs, nachos, and pretzels can be made “on demand” and should not be made in bulk on weeknights. For weekend shifts, refer to the rink schedule to help estimate expected traffic and food needs.
All unsold or given-away food must be recorded on the daily waste sheet. This helps us monitor inventory and minimize loss, which supports the financial goals of the association.
If you’re unsure about how much food to prepare, don’t hesitate to ask.
Thank you for your help and commitment to keeping our concession stand running smoothly!
